Do not pay more than 80 euros for the SNES Classic, Nintendo tells you

The NES Classic has become a quasi-collector's item in the hands of fewer users than they would have liked. Apparently Nintendo did not take into account the high demand that this product could have when production began and the demand it has had has exceeded all expectations.

According to the company, it launched this product based on the relative success of some similar products, but Nintendo is Nintendo, and the sales of this classic soared. The Japanese company is working to launch a version of the SNES Classic but does not want the same to happen as with the previous one.

To try to avoid the same thing happening, the company plans a greater number of units to try that nobody has to go to resales or auctions and pay more than what it really costs. According to NintendoAmerica President Reggie Filis-Aimé, this problem will not happen again. He further states that "You shouldn't pay more than $ 80 for it."

Since the launch of this new retro console was announced, some department stores have been overwhelmed by reservations, many of them made through bots, forcing them to cancel all reservations that had been made so far.

Reggie claims that the company is doing everything possible in the production chain so that no user feels disappointed this Christmas for not being able to get the SNES Classic. At first, the production chain should not have problems to be able to manufacture enough units, since the necessary components are not excessively expensive and there is enough supply in the market to satisfy it, quite the opposite that is happening not the Nintendo Switch.
