Firebug is one of the reasons why some web developers haven't switched to Firefox by Chrome. The plugin is a powerful developer tool that allows you to edit and monitor live CSS, HTML, and JavaScript on any web page.
But now Chrome users will also have a version of firebug for the Google browser. This is Firebug Lite, an extension of the same developers as Firebug.
Actually the extension does not offer all the features of the add-on for Firefox but is rather a replacement for firebug bookmarklet, which we had already talked about sometime.
Firebug lite for Google Chrome it has basically the same bookmarklet options (inspection of HTML elements with the mouse, CSS live editing properties ...), however it has some benefits, such as integration with the toolbar, activating Firebug Lite to a particular domain loads before all other scripts, and is faster when loading.
