The first trip on Hyperloop is closer than expected

The first stretch of Hyperloop is approved

A week ago Elon Musk and his team published on video the first successful test of their transport of the future, Hyperloop. Nevertheless, the CEO of companies like Tesla, SpaceX or The Boring Company has made a very important announcement through your Twitter account.

The first successful test of Hyperloop materialized last May. However, it did not arrive on July 12 in the form of video. The test consisted of testing all the elements that the official project capsule must carry. The maximum speed reached was 116 km / h in 5 seconds. This figure is something that is far from what was announced on paper by Elon Musk. The speed you want to achieve is 1.200 km / h (700 mph).

Now, after the first test It is confirmed that both the levitation system, the propulsion system and the vacuum tube have worked perfectly. The next step will be to apply all that has been achieved to a model based on a real capsule.

However, as we've already mentioned, Elon Musk couldn't bite his tongue. It should be noted that he is very active in social networks, especially as regards Twitter. And therefore, it is also common to get headlines with your statements. The last message referring to Hyperloop is that it has received verbal approval from the Government to build a tunnel that connects New York with Washington DC. This tunnel will be dug by his other company The Boring Company. And it will be possible to connect both cities in just 29 minutes.

After this bomb announcement, the questions have not been long in coming. And Elon Musk has had to write again on his Twitter account. This time he had to explain that the agreement is still far from being formal in writing. However, and believes that time will be short.
