Man does not only live on smartphones, but being the most used device it is the one that companies pay the most attention to. During yesterday's presentation at Google, it finally presented the new Pixel and Pixel XL, we could see how these new models were the ones that took the longest from the presentation, presentation in which Google also launched three new devices that finally did not coincide with the Buzz that had surrounded this event, except on the 4k quality compatible Chromecast. In addition to The new Google Pixel introduced the Google Wifi, the Chromecast Ultra and the Daydream View glasses.
Google Wifi
googlewifi, as presented by the company, it is an intelligent router that distributes the signal throughout the house, according to needs. But if we stop to see how Google Wifi really works, it is nothing more than a repeater of the Wifi signal of our home. According to Google, the idea of this device is to distribute the signal according to the use we are making of the internet at that time, so that if we are checking the mail in one room while in another we are enjoying a streaming movie, the width of band will be widest in the part of the house where the movie is playing.
Chromecast Ultra
Although today the content in 4k quality can be counted on the fingers and toes, Google has just presented a Chromecast device that allows us to send content in 4k and HDR quality to our televisions, televisions that must be compatible with this quality to be able to enjoy it. If this is not the case, Chromecast Ultra will optimize the signal so that we can see the content in the highest possible quality. Unlike previous models that only work with a Wi-Fi connection, Chromecast Ultra integrates an RJ45 plug, also known as an Ethernet port.
Daydream View
Google has changed cardboard for plastic and fabric to present its new virtual reality glasses which will allow to convert any terminal with Daydream support (new Pixel and Pixel XL) into augmented virtual reality devices. These glasses come with a remote control to control playback comfortably without having to continuously put on and take off the glasses.
