Hello! I have found a way to be able to watch the videos on youtube using internet explorer 9 without getting that error. Well, the first thing to do is click on the wheel that is in the upper right part of the Internet Explorer 9 page, then click on SECURITY (SAFETY), then click on ACTIVEX FILTERING.
After that try to watch a video on youtube, you will get that you cannot see it because you must install FLASH PLAYER, click on where it says DOWNLOAD FLASH PLAYER.
Then a new ADOBE page opens and on that page is the DOWNLOAD icon. You must click on that icon, this takes you, I think, to another or to the same page where with small images they give you the steps to install FLASH PLAYER.
ok, once this page of the steps is open, you must go back to the upper right where the wheel is and click, then click on SECURITY (SAFETY), then on ACTIVEX FILTERING so that it is deactivated.
At the bottom of the page you will get a message in a yellow box, you must click INSTALL.
…and that's it!! that's all…. then follow the steps indicated by the installer.

Dear Yanizbeth, it is weird what you tell me because the latest versions of Firefox do not require Flash to play YouTube videos. Google Chrome plays them natively, all on Windows. Possibly you have installed some pulgin or extension that is causing conflict. I recommend that you make a backup with Browser Backup and return to the factory state for the browser. If that works you can try to see which plugin is causing the problem. Anyway with the backup you can get everything back in your browser if no add-on is the culprit. What a shame not being able to help you in any other way. Greetings.
