And without further ado, let's go with the details of this Huawei P40 Pro.

From a technical point of view We also have to highlight the fact that we have 5G telecommunications technology, And it is that in this aspect Huawei is a pioneer, one of the firms that is deploying this type of connectivity throughout the world. As expected, we also have the latest generation WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC connectivity to be able to make payments with the device or synchronize it.

Cameras: The Turning Point

We have a fairly prominent four-sensor module that is making a difference at the design level, this is once again up to the consumer's taste. Personally I was delighted with the previous camera arrangement that did not include fewer sensors, but I understand that it is necessary to renew from time to time in this aspect in order to differentiate the new models from the "older" ones. The first results we have obtained have been fabulous as you can see in the tests that we leave below to open your mouth a little.

  • 50MP f / 1.9 RYYB sensor
  • 40MP f / 1.8 Ultra Wide Angle
  • 8MP telephoto with 5x zoom
  • ToF 3D sensor

In the same way, we have a video recording with spectacular stabilization and a fairly good transition between cameras, and that is EMUI 10.1 makes the camera application a pretty good experience that has left a good taste in our mouths in these first tests and we are sure that it will give us very good results in the final tests. We do find an incipient processing in the images, a slight difference between the shot we are taking and the final result, and we do not fully know if this is good or bad, especially through Artificial Intelligence.

Multimedia and other capabilities

We start with its incredible screen of almost 6,6 inches OLED with all the HDR technologies imaginable and that as always in the brand offers an optimal color adjustment. We can access resolution FullHD + with a refresh rate of 90Hz And in fact it is one of the aspects that has surprised me the most, the screen is extremely good and the video consumption is as good as the experience when taking pictures. In fact, I could say that the screen is one of the aspects that I liked the most about this Huawei P40 Pro.

The battery of this Huawei P40 Pro is 4.200 mAh and obviously we have not yet been able to put it to the test, although the sensations are good at the first contacts. Offers a fast charge of 40W accompanied by a reversible wireless charging of up to 27W, which is a real madness, in fact it is sure to be difficult to find a wireless charger with Qi compatibility that emits so much power. Of course, although the battery is not particularly large, Huawei has a proven experience when it comes to maintaining its life.

Differences between different models

The main differences lie in the camera, each one will have one more sensor, from 3 on the P40 to 5 on the P40 Pro +. It should be noted that the P40 Pro + will be built in ceramic and will only have two basic colors, white and black, which are exclusive, as well as the fact that it has 12GB of RAM which is 4GB more than the previous models mentioned. We will keep you informed and we will bring you the review soon.

What we should not fail to mention is that that we have is the possibility of choosing between four colors: Gray, Breathing White, Black and Gold in addition to a ceramic finish that will be exclusive to the highest model of the range, the Huawei P40 Pro + that we hope to test later.

As we have said, we hope that the video that leads this unboxing with the first impressions will please you and we remind you that next week you will be able to see the full review next week on the Androidsis YouTube channel and also on its website, www.androidsis.com where there are many totorales and reviews about the Android products that are available in the market, are you going to miss it?
