Huawei wins one of the lawsuits filed against Samsung for a patent

When it seemed that the fight for patents between companies was more relaxed, the news that Huawei will charge a few 80 million yuan which equals about 11,6 million dollars Samsung for infringing one of its patents. Lawsuits over patents between Apple and Samsung have always been common in the media and for some time Huawei has been doing things well and joins this type of dispute over patents. It is also doing it in the best possible way since the Chinese company has won the first of the various lawsuits that have been placed on Samsung for the use of a technology that supposedly belongs to them.

At the moment there is no concrete data on the patent that Samsung has infringed, what is clear is that it is a lawsuit from the month of May 2016 that in the end the balance is settled towards the Chinese. This is the first sentence but it is expected that more will continue to arrive since it is more than one of the lawsuits that Huawei has filed against Samsung. Obviously now it is up to Samsung to decide whether or not to appeal this sentence, but the safest thing is that after studying the case they end up appealing the sentence ...

Some of the lawsuits directly mention devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S7, which means that in case of winning these lawsuits the figures can be millions if we take into account the number of devices sold by Samsung. The technology used for 4G connectivity is partly to blame in these lawsuits from Huawei and the Chinese company is expected to continue to seek further infringement on patent issues on other devices. The court battles move at times from Apple vs. Samsung to Huawei vs. Samsung.
