 Perhaps it is not a group with the profile of followers that we usually know, but rather, this time,  the group is one more work tool, to which undoubtedly you must pay close attention, and where you can post the latest updated news, and of course the comments that allow a maximum communication between all members.

 Question.- Why the name of: Adlemons?

 Reply.- AdLemons arises from the first iWeekend in Barcelona and the name was devised by the marketing team that was formed there that weekend. The idea was to put together a cool name easy to remember and with which to be able to play to identify it with the blogs, together with the English abbreviation "ad" for advertisement which means advertising. And from there it came: AdLemons = Blog Advertising

 Q.- Adlemons real purpose?

 A.- The real purpose of AdLemons is twofold, to obtain a "win to win" relationship.
On the one hand, to ensure that bloggers who are passionate about writing about their favorite topics, can make their blogs profitable in a suitable way (... and even make a living from it), through sponsorship advertising, and not rotating, or those that are paid by clicks, or impressions, or similar, these do not give good results.
On the other, that of allowing brands and advertisers in general to easily take advantage of the qualities of loyalty, prescription and micro-segmented influence that blogs have, in order to make profitable branding campaigns very effective.

 Q.- Could you explain us your trajectory in a summarized way?

 A.- Uff, .. the truth is that it is long .. as I mentioned before, the project arises from iWeekend in 2007, an event that for those who do not know it, brings together 50 highly motivated talents to set up an Internet startup on a weekend week. And from that curious breeding ground, comes the seed of what it is today. Going through a long road with a lot of work behind both market research, and testing and intensive use of the different existing advertising solutions to obtain a better service, and among which it could also be highlighted perhaps, having won the award Bancaja for the «Best business project», for example.

 Q.- What is the purpose of creating a group on Facebook for the company?

 A.- Around AdLemons there are many people since it was born in 2007, many friends and acquaintances, in a kind of community of passionate about blogging and advertising and the combination of both. And in the group is the place they have to meet.

 Q.- Do you have any anecdote or comment as a result of the creation of the group?

 A.- Since we have the group, it is in addition to what I mentioned in the previous question, a very direct way to reach our closest circle of followers and clients, and from them to reach us, and if you are not always attentive to what they say In this way, you can sometimes stop paying attention to user comments that can get annoyed, logically if you do not attend to them. When opening a Facebook group, sometimes you are not aware that you are opening a new communication channel, such as a new website / telephone / service email, etc., to which the same treatment and attention as any other should be devoted.

 Q.- Your opinion about the Facebook groups. What function do they fulfill?

 A.- They are the simplest way (just by pressing "Join the group") and currently efficient to bring together people who share an interest, idea or relationship. Another issue would be to wonder if in addition to getting these people together they achieve other objectives, but that is another question.

 Q.- Finally, what would you improve in the groups?

A.-Perhaps I would differentiate them more from the fan pages so that the use between the two would not be confused.
