Technical characteristics

What we do know is that we have a 250W BLDC motor that is combined with the 25,2V battery to offer what in our experience has been more than enough power for domestic cleaning.

Its total weight without accessories is 2,6 kilograms, quite light, although we must take into account both the accessories, as the addition of the metal tube in case we use it as an extension. Of course, the packaged product in total has a weight of around 5 kilograms.

Available a sophisticated three-level filter system, which is superior to all the handheld vacuums I have tried so far. I could not say if it really works and how this affects the suction power, although it is up to us to choose what type of filtering we want by adding or removing filters.

Other brands opt for rollers with small nylon bristles, in this case Kärcher opts for the traditional upholstery nozzle, without a motorized roller, which does the job a little more precise and deeper, but slightly more awkward in its maneuverability because it requires more effort.

The addition of furniture brush It is also ideal for small cracks such as window guides, furniture recesses and other similar areas.

Autonomy and powers

The vacuum cleaner has two powers as standard, the standard one, and a "boost" mode for the most difficult dirt, that we will activate with a touch. In addition, the trigger allows us to adjust the suction time, but it has a lock so that we do not have to keep pressing it continuously.

For its part, the battery takes around two and a half hours to fully charge, offering us a total of 50 minutes suction in standard mode, which will be proportionally reduced if we use the maximum power mode, although this will not be usual.

A big advantage and a point in favor of Kärcher is the fact that the battery is removable and it can be purchased separately on the website, so we will have both several batteries for longer cleaning in time if we wish, as well as a greater durability of the product, taking into account that it will not be subjected to the duration of lithium batteries, as is the case with other brands.
