The latest NEST announcement shows us one of the new Pixels

Less and less is missing for next October 4, the date on which Google will present the successor of the Nexus family, which from now on will be called Pixel. Google will launch two new models, a 5-inch and a 5,5-inch, both with virtually identical design and specificationsexcept for the screen size. These models seem to mark the beginning of the new path that Google will follow in mobile telephony, abandoning previous alliances to manufacture its models. Google wants to start designing and manufacturing its own devices without relying on third parties.

Google has just launched a new ad in which in addition to the new NEST thermostats, it also we can see, intentionally (probably) an image of the new Pixel models that the company will present on October 4. In the image we cannot distinguish if it is the 5-inch model or the 5,5-inch XL model. This new range of phones will suffer a price increase, placing the price of these terminals at 700 euros as the base price for the 32 GB model.

As we can see in the announcement, the design of the latest images and renders that have been leaked of the new Pixel would be confirmed, and where it shows a continuity line with the Nexus range. These new models will be manufactured by HTC, as well as some previous models of the Nexus family that Google has launched on the market.

Inside these new models, it is still not clear whether we find the Snapdragon 820 (which has been on the market for almost a year) or the new Snapdargon 821, the latest processor that the Qualconn company has launched. Both models will be managed by 4 Gb of RAM, will integrate a 12 mpx rear camera and an 8 mpx front camera, both manufactured by Sony. The main difference between both terminals we find it in the screen resolution, resolution that varies by changing the size of the same.
