Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will not offer FullHD resolution

We continue in the battle for resolutions that has been happening in recent years for the world of video consoles, while many PCs are configured to offer these resolutions in a simple way, PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One S work hard to adapt to new technologies such as HDR and 4K. However, even today we still have a company that plays in another league, which the trading of numbers does not seem to affect.

How could it be otherwise we talked about Nintendo, the Japanese firm offered a few months ago in full E3 a first look at a peculiar mix as well as fun, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, a game in which resolution is of course going to be the least of it.

We must be honest, it is evident that given the animations and the type of game offered by Nintendo for Switch today, we are hardly going to notice a real need for high resolutions, if this also contributes to improving the autonomy of the console, well better than better, but… maybe FullHD resolution is the least we can expect from a console in that price range. Not even that, Davide Solani (Ubisoft) has revealed the final resolutions for this video game.

And it is that when the console is out of the base we can only play 720p (HD), a resolution that is scarce even on mobile terminals. At the base the matter does not improve too much, we launched ourselves up to 900p, something below the 1080p resolution that FullHD should offer us. However, in both cases we are going to find ourselves facing a supposedly stable 30fps, something that also seems little to us, considering that it is a game of these characteristics and at such a low resolution. In short, we will see how it moves Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle on August 29 to draw our own conclusions.
