Despite the limited success it is having in the international market, the ASUS company has been learning from its mistakes and has just launched the third edition of its Zenwatch smartwatch. The Asus Zenwatch 3 offer us a 1,39-inch screen, with a resolution of 400 × 400 with 287 pixels per inch. It is practically very similar to the Huawei Watch and a tad thinner than the second generation Motorola 360. The case of this new model is made of steel and is available in various colors: black, silver and rose gold. These three models offer us a golden crown on the outside of the glass.

The Asus ZenWatch 3 is 9,95 millimeters thick, slightly thinner than the second-generation Huawei Watch and Motorola 360 models. Inside we find a Snapdragon Wear 2100 processor with 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. As for the battery, the main workhorse of these devices, we find 342 mAh that according to the manufacturer is capable of offering us enough autonomy to go two days without going through the charger. Also in case we were running low on battery at any given time, it has implemented a fast charging system that allows us to charge 60% of the device in just 15 minutes. Charging is done through a magnetic connection.

But if this duration is short for some users, the manufacturer will put on sale a supplement that will offer us an extra 40% battery. In the software section, the manufacturer allows us to customize the device with up to 50 different spheres or watchfaces. In addition, widgets have also been added that offer us to customize the information that is offered along with the time of the device, in the style of what we can find on the Apple Watch with the famous glances.

Regarding prices, there is currently no availability date. As for price, according to the manufacturer it will hit the market for about 229 euros, a more than competitive price and that will surely give a lot of war in the smartwatches market in the coming months.
