We have been talking for several months about the possible launch of an AIO (All-in-one) from Microsoft. After months of rumors and speculation Microsoft has officially unveiled the Surface Studio a spectacular AIO with touch screen that allows us to change the inclination of the screen according to our needs. The Surface Studio screen is 28 inches and uses Pixel Sense technology with a resolution above 4k, 3840 x 2160 (13,5 million pixels) and touch with which we can make use of the Surface Pen leaning on the screen. But also to facilitate use, this AIO comes with the SurfaceDial, a small cylinder that allows us to interact located on the screen or through the menus from outside it as if it were a touchpad.
Although this new device is destined for a very specific niche, the guys from Redmond have done their best to create an AIO that allows us to create a simple text document to create spectacular drawings thanks to the Surface Pen and the Surface Dial . As we can see in the video, Placing the Surface Dial over the screen automatically displays a color palette so that we select the color we need, or change the brush to draw.
Despite integrating a 28-inch screen, the whole is very thin, since only measures 12,5 millimeters thick. This equipment to move the monitor offers us a versatility that currently we cannot find in any other device on the market, since according to our needs we can even place the screen completely horizontally or slightly vertically.
