The Chinese company ZTE has just presented the new Axon 7s model just one year after the model that bears the same name without the "s" was launched on the market. On this occasion, it does not seem that the company's flagship is very different from what we have on the table for a year, since all or at least almost all the specifications are the same in both models and the design is not too far from its predecessor. In short, it seems that this smartphone has worked quite well for them in terms of sales and the most notable change is the processor mounting the Snapdragon 821.
Last year with the launch of this ZTE Axon 7 something similar happened to them as with the launch of this new model and the processor stayed in the previous version, while many devices mounted the Snapdragon 821, in ZTE they applied to use the Snapdragon 820 for its new model. The reason for this is unknown and the Chinese do not argue reasons to use one or the other, what is clear is that this year with the 821GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 2,3, the play is repeated.
The rest of the most important specifications of the new device are:
- 5,5-inch AMOLED screen
- 4 GB of RAM
- 64 GB of internal memory with microSD
- 20 MP main camera and 8 MP front camera
- 3.250 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0
In addition to this the fingerprint sensor, LTE connectivity, WiFi, headphone jack, USB type C 2.0, Bluetooth 4.2 and NFC. As we can see in this new model the specifications of the Azon 7s are the same as those of its predecessor except for the processor. Regarding the price or the date of launch to the market there is nothing clear right now, but it is certain that we will have more news about it soon.
