  • New. It will help us to create a new event, task, register a birthday mainly.
  • Share. This option will help us to share our calendar with certain users who are within our contact list.

Edit the dates of our calendar

Once we open the calendar in Outlook.com, the first thing that will appear will be the month in which we are; there they will be registered mainly the birthdays (anniversaries or important events) of our friends, as long as they are added to our contact list. If we have linked to our Outlook.com Calendar With the Facebook social network, then the birthdays or important events of those contacts that we have added to the social network will also appear here.

If, for example, birthdays (or any other special event) that we do not want to remember and celebrate are registered in our calendar, then we could reach edit said data and even delete it from our registry; for this we only need to select the type of event (for the example we will use a birthday record) to check if it is the one we need to delete.

Once we click on said event, your information will automatically appear, showing us the name of the person involved, the place where they are registered (in our contact list or on the social network), the possibility of reviewing more details of said user and Of course, there is also a small blue button that will allow us to remove this event from our calendar.
