We return at the end of September to bring you what are the news for this month of October. We remind you that users who have PlayStation Plus, the monthly subscription service of the PlayStation Network, enjoy a minimum of two free games per month, which they can download and continue to enjoy whenever they want, as long as they continue to subscribe to PlayStation Plus. This month is really surprising, tired of indies and shallow titles, the team of Sony has decided to leave two games on the order of the day for PlayStation 4, in this case it is Resident Evil and Transformers: Devastation. But not only that, we also tell you what are the free games for PS Vita and for PlayStation 3.
Resident Evil: Remaster HD
Any time passed was always better, Capcom knows it and goes to the memory of the most classic players, those who began their stage in the Resident Evil saga from the beginning. As we well know, many remastered games are arriving on PlayStation 4 so that users can enjoy their classics on new generation consoles. This October comes Resident Evil with PlayStation Plus, a game that costs € 19,99 on the PlayStation Store. This game was released in January 2015, a remake of the Nintendo GameCube adaptation that was made of this classic for PlayStation.
We return to Raccoon City as if it were 1996. We will play Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine to fight against the evil arts of Umbrella, the cause of all evil in Resident Evil. In this game we can see the first appearances of Albert Wesker, the bad guy until Resident Evil 4. Survivar Horror is not the same since Resident Evil changed, in fact soon we will see Resident Evil 7, which promises to be more psychological terror than Silent Hill. Transformer Devastation
Created by and for fans, the reaction game is developed by Platinum Games, no indies, once again the PlayStation Plus brings us a triple A. In the game we will have to embody Optimus Prime and the rest of the Autobots against Megatron. It is a game that has won the favor of specialized critics, and players who have had the pleasure of playing it also speak highly of it. For the first time, and without being a precedent, I have to admit that I have not played it, but I have soaked myself well to tell you what is coming.
From what we have been able to appreciate, the graphics are clearly Manga style, they look really good on PlayStation 4, we will not deny it. It's action packed and the controls are pretty straightforward. We will be at the controls of Optimus Prime almost from the beginning, and we will only have to distribute a bit of "justice", making the dark attackers flee. We will also control other Autobots like Bublebee, Sideswipe and even the Dinobot. If you are a lover of the saga, you are going to love it, and if you are not, one more game with which to crush the buttons and our anxiety.
Games for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita
- Mad Riders (PS3): For PlayStation 3 comes this title, quite well known on the other hand. Get on the quad to race through circuits full of obstacles and with almost no rules. From the same developers as Nail´d, one of the most famous and early PS3 games, the developer is Techland, although it has been distributed by Ubisoft.
- From Dust (Ps3): Peculiar project that obtained good marks of the press, although the users did not accompany much. The objective is to make our civilization prosper as quickly as possible, a game that combines strategy with puzzles in a very interesting interface.
