And they call it the Chinese Apple for a reason. There are certain rumors around the network that have spread like wildfire with photos of what would supposedly be a new Xiaomi model with the famous notch of the new iPhone X, something that really does not have any official confirmation from Xiaomi and that we honestly do not quite believe.
On the other hand, it is not surprising to find a certain resemblance between Apple's idevice and Xiaomi products, but to go to the extreme of directly copying this tab shown by the new Apple equipment seems a bit strange to us. Remember that the Xiaomi Mi Mix add the camera at the bottom, something that does not convince us either and we do not rule out that it rises to the top in the following versions, but Will they be able to do what we see in the image that heads this article?
This is the question that many of us ask ourselves and that is the notch is a hallmark that I personally think will be in the rest of the devices that Apple manufactures from now on, and we all know that some devices of the Chinese brand are very similar to those of Apple, even laptops.
The Mi Mix 2s is the next version of Xiaomi's famous all-screen device, which already has a reasonable resemblance to the new iPhone X (leaving aside who was the first to launch it) and that adding this tab for the camera and other sensors could say that they would be aesthetically speaking "equal."
Not so long ago we saw the Essential Phone, a smartphone created by Andy Rubin, father of Android and this had the camera at the top with an island that could somehow resemble the one on the new iPhone X but in a smaller size. Will now be the new trend to leave this type of tabs, notch or similar in the new devices? We will see it in the coming months but we do not believe that there will be many who are launched to copy this notch and Xiaomi less than is now officially in Spain.
