The Samsung Gear S2 is updated with some of the features of the Gear S3

Samsung Gear S2

It seems that the guys at Samsung want to do things right and are not beginning to stop supporting older devices, at least those that are managed by their own operating system. At the end of November we inform you of the official launch in Spain last December 1 of the new Samsung Gear S3, a terminal that hits the market with new functions and features to replace its younger brother, the Gear S2. Today the Korean company has launched a new update for the S2 where they have added some of the functions that are incorporated natively in the model that has just hit the market.

One of the most striking is the possibility of being able to select the spheres that were only available in the S3, something to be thankful for for all those users who are more than tired of the usual ones. The rotating crown, one of the characteristics that most caught the attention of this model, and with which we can navigate through the different options of the terminal, now it also allows us to answer calls, deactivate the alarm ... depending on where we turn it.

In addition, this update also offers support for handwriting, although logically we can forget about Spanish since Samsung only allows it with English, Korean and Chinese. The S-Voice function has also been revitalized allowing to process actions through our voice commands, something that was thrown in the face of this terminal.

S Health, the application designed to measure our physical activity, is now capable of automatically detect the type of exercise we are doing, something that has become fashionable in quantifying bracelets and that allows the user not to have to waste time looking for the activity that he is going to perform at that moment.
