Samsung responds to the latest incident of a Galaxy Note 7 on a plane

Samsung Galaxy Note 7

Yesterday we knew of a new problem with a Galaxy Note 7 that began to smoke on a Southwest Airlines flight, which had not yet taken off and which finally had to be evacuated. This could be something considered normal, after all the problems that have surrounded the new Samsung flagship, but the problem is that it is a replacement smartphone.

This means that the owner of this Galaxy Note 7 has already sent his supposedly defective unit to be replaced. This new terminal supposedly should not have any problem with its battery and of course it had the sell battery icon that Samsung has placed on all terminals supposedly free of battery problems.

Of course, the South Korean company has not been slow to pronounce itself and has issued an official statement in which you can read; "Until we can recover the device, we cannot confirm that this incident is related to the new Galaxy Note 7 ... Once we examine the device we have more information to share."

Now we must see if it is confirmed that it was a replacement unit for the Galaxy Note 7 as its owner has stated. If this end is confirmed, I am very afraid that bad times are coming for Samsung, which will see how the problem that has surrounded the new member of the Galaxy Note family remains unresolved.

Do you think that we are facing an isolated case or that the problem of the Galaxy Note 7 with the battery will return?. Tell us your opinion in the space reserved for comments on this post or through any of the social networks in which we are present.

I don't think it was a replacement that supposedly had that problem.

I don't believe that that happened to a replacement ...

I had a non-replacement one and it didn't get hot at all and the battery lasted for a day and a half so I think they are rare isolated cases

I think the same that it was an old unit and not a new one. and I hope so because they still do not return my note 7 again and more problems are coming out, this has me very desperate and sad
