Andy Ruben's Essential smartphone will arrive in Europe although in a very limited way

In recent years we have spoken on many occasions about Andy Rubin, one of the co-founders of Android who played a very important role at Google until he left to develop other projects. But the one that has attracted the most attention has been the famous smartphone on which he was working and which, according to him, would be a part of the sector.

A few weeks ago he officially presented it but for now the launch date has already been met without no medium has been able to have physical access to the terminal to test the benefits that its creator claims. Still, according to the Financial Times, this new terminal will also be available in Europe and Japan.

Rubin signed an exclusive agreement with an American operator to ensure distribution in a much faster and easier way than Google has done with the Pixel and Pixel XL, a terminal that almost a year after its presentation is only found available in three countries. Everything seems to indicate that in Europe also It will arrive exclusively through an operatorAlthough at the moment the only country where the incorporation of this terminal into the operators' catalog is being negotiated is the United Kingdom.

The Essential PH-1 offers us a screen in 18: 9 format, with a resolution of 256 x 1,312 pixels and a 5,7-inch screen. Inside is the Snapdragon 835, an Adreno 540 GPU and 4 GB of RAM. Regarding internal storage, the Essential PH-1 offers us 128 GB of storage in a single version, a 3.040 mAh battery and Android N as an operating system. If we talk about the cameras, this terminal offers us a double rear camera of 13 mpx and a front one of 8 mpx. As I have said above, at the moment there is no official review where we can see the phone physically and how the operating system works. For now we have to continue to settle for the happy renders.
