Nintendo recently announced new video games for iOS devices, such as Super Mario, however, it is not the only major digital entertainment company that is going to join the mobile platform. The smartphone is today an indispensable element, video game developers do know it, and they have seen another market niche that may interest them. Another that is targeting this market is Sony Interactive Entertainment, the former Sony Computer Entertainment. This new division is aimed at creating mobile video games that are sure to be of the highest quality.
These games will arrive on the iOS and Android platforms at the end of March 2018, that is, very long term, we will probably not even remember this article when the games are released. But it is very good news to know that Sony is at work with this type of content. Of course, these games are going to be released previously in Japan, we do not know to what extent they are going to focus on that small regional framework, especially being in the internet age, but that is how it seems it will be. It was the PlayStation's own spokesperson who transmitted this information to WSJ, but I continue to emphasize that it is too early to deepen the information.
The launch will be gradual from Japan and the rest of the Asian continent, ending in the United States of America and the European continent. However, the hype is present, they have not wanted to give any indication about the type of titles and protagonists that we will see. Like nintendo denied the major with Super Mario to end up releasing it exclusively for iOS (at least temporarily).
Another alternative is that they are simply interactive games to complement others already present on PlayStation, as if we received rewards in Fallout 4 for getting the most out of Fallout Shellter.
