This solution allows you to comprehensively configure, manage and monitor an elderly family member's mobile device, adapting it to their individual needs and receiving alerts in situations that may compromise their well-being.
Remote configuration and monitoring
SPC Care has the ability to perform a complete phone configuration remotely, adjusting aspects such as screen brightness, font size, sound, language, date and time. In addition, users can manage contacts, calls and SMS messages, activate sound alerts in case of loss, and keep the device updated.
SPC Care also offers location tracking using geolocation and the establishment of security perimeters. Caregivers can also set up blacklists for unauthorized calls and receive alerts about suspicious communications.
Application monitor phone activity, showing its status, battery level and sending notifications in case of prolonged inactivity. In addition, it allows you to configure an emergency button to get instant help when necessary.
Health care with SPC Care
The app stands out, in turn, for sending medical appointment reminders, taking medications and sedentary lifestyle warnings, ensuring the physical and mental well-being of older users.
SPC Care makes it easy to shared management of multiple devices, allowing multiple caregivers to have access to the senior user's profile information, to improve communication and encourage collaborative care.

SPC has extensive experience in the senior segment, leading the market in Spain with 40% of mobile phones sold in the country belonging to its brand. The market for mobile devices for seniors in Spain moves close to half a million units a year.
