El Samsung Galaxy S8 it was going to be officially presented at Mobile World Congress, like most members of the Galaxy family. However, we had to wait until today to meet the new flagship of the South Korean company that has been presented to the whole world, in New York City, after having seen a huge amount of rumors and leaks that in most of the cases have been confirmed.
The new Samsung mobile device has become known as a terminal with a careful design down to the last millimeter, an enormous power thanks to snapdragon 835 processor that mounts inside and a camera that will undoubtedly be the benchmark in the mobile phone market in the coming months. Also this time Samsung has offered us two versions that differ by the size of both the screen and the battery.
Integrated
One of the things that most attracts the attention of the new Galaxy S8 is its design, which has once again been taken care of by Samsung to the extreme. Also surprising is the huge screen that occupies almost the entire front of the device, following the path started a few weeks ago by the LG G6.
The South Korean company has prepared two versions of the Galaxy S8 this time. The first one with the same name offers us a 5.7-inch screen and a second version with a 6.2-inch screen. In both cases the resolution is QHD with 2.960 x 1.440 pixels and Super Amoled technology that guarantees intense colors and deep blacks.
As for the colors in which it will be available, we find three different variants; Midnight Black, Orchid Gray and Arctic Silver. Of course, it is more than possible that as has happened with the Galaxy Edge 7 and other Samsung devices little by little and with the passage of time we will see the arrival on the market of new color versions and that is that only three are they are definitely a bit short.

More power to measure up to anyone
Samsung has decided not to enter the RAM memory fight in which many manufacturers participate, providing their devices with 6 or even 8 GB of RAM, but nevertheless it has achieved a smartphone that has been able to destroy all the records of AnTuTu and who is calling to “destroy” the competition.
The new Galaxy S8 has two different processors depending on the market. On the one hand we find a Snapdragon 835, Qualcomm's most advanced and powerful chip and on the other a Exynos 8895 Self-made and that it seems will be intended for European buyers, although this information has not been confirmed.
With regards to RAM memory we find 4GB that will guarantee a fluidity to carry out any activity that we propose.
If we compare it in this section with its predecessor, the Galaxy S7, we find, according to information from Samsung itself, that the Galaxy S8 is up to 10% more powerful and in the case of the Galaxy S8 + it goes up to 27%, which makes it clear the step forward that the company has taken South Korean. This is largely due to the new Snapdragon 835, marked to stand out to a great extent within the mobile phone market.
Battery
One of the aspects about which less information we knew and we know, despite the fact that the Galaxy S8 is already official, is the battery, which gave so many problems to Samsung in the Galaxy Note 7. Perhaps this is why the South Korean company does not wanted to reveal too many details, apart from the fact that the Galaxy S8 will have 3.000 mAh, by the 3.500 mAh of the Galaxy S8+.
According to Samsung, it will offer all users a more efficient performance to reduce energy consumption and thus prevent it from being downloaded without having been able to use the device for at least one day. For now, and while waiting to test the new Galaxy S8, we must trust Samsung and its information, and above all hope that the problems of the past that led to the withdrawal of the Galaxy Note 7 from the market are not reproduced.
Probust and availability
As confirmed by Samsung itself, the Galaxy S8 will hit the market on April 19, although since yesterday it can already be booked worldwide, in stores such as Amazon, which apparently, in the absence of official confirmation, will begin shipping the new devices next April 20.
As rumored, any user who acquires the new Samsung terminal could have it 10 days before the date set by the South Korean company for the premiere of its new flagship.
