Samsung's latest patent shows a phone capable of running Windows and Android at the same time

Samsung

In the market today it is not difficult to find certain terminals, both in phone and tablet format, which, during startup, allow you to choose whether you want the device to load Android or Windows 10. This basically means that we have a terminal that, despite being able to work with both operating systems, both have a separate amount of internal memory assigned and therefore you cannot interact with the other operating system at any time. In case of wanting to change we have no choice but to restart the device and choose again.

Although there are many users who today do not find it too useful to have two operating systems on the same phone, the truth is that it can be a more than interesting option, especially if we stop at a recent discovery within patents of Samsung where the way in which you should interact with a mobile phone capable of running Android and Windows simultaneously, eliminating at a stroke practically all the problems mentioned above.

This Samsung patent shows us how to interact with a phone with two operating systems

One of the options that has personally caught my attention is the simple way with which any user could switch between Windows and Android and vice versa, basically from the the same way you would access any other application installed in the terminal even talking about the multitasking or multi-window feature present in the latest Samsung Galaxy and that, for this purpose, would become more important and meaningful.

But this issue does not remain here since Samsung would go much further by allowing the possibility of dragging files between both systems, creating shared folders to have certain files in both operating systems and even assigning the resources assigned to each part to limit both the use processor and RAM. Unfortunately, although the idea is more than interesting, for now we are only talking about a patent that seems not to be developed.
