VISION-S Electric car Sony
One of the surprises of this fair was the appearance of Sony with an electric car. A vehicle loaded with technology in terms of autonomous driving, a spectacular futuristic design, 33 sensors, 360º audio, total connectivity and 540cv of power.
The Sony VISION-S is an electric saloon from Meters long 4,89, by 1,9 meters wide and 1,45 high, with a battle of three meters and space for four passengers with individual seats. It is made on a specific modular platform for electrics manufactured by Magna, one of several partners that Sony has turned to for this car.
The Japanese firm has also counted on companies such as Bosch, Continental, Nvidia or Qualcomm for different components of the vehicle. Two electric motors of 200 kW each, providing 540 hp total power. VISION-S has all-wheel drive. There are no details about the battery or autonomy, although Sony says its electric car weighs 2.350 kilos.
For a company like Sony, the agglomeration of state-of-the-art electronic components that the vehicle includes is overwhelming, from 5 dashboard displays that emulate a super widescreen, to a speaker system built into the seats that provide an immersive audio experience that encapsulates passengers and delivers 360-degree sound.
Sony has not made any kind of statement regarding the intention to bring this vehicle to the market, so It seems to be a prototype to show manufacturers how TesLa, which way to go.
OnePlus ConceptOne
OnePlus, one of the most prestigious Chinese brands in China, has not presented any new terminal at the Las Vegas fair but it did show a prototype that although it does not seem that it will be released in the short term.
If we look at the front it may seem that we find a OnePlus 7T pro, what matters to us in this case is on the back of the terminal, we find a rather unique leather finish as well as an invisible camera system. If invisible thanks to a special glass, known as electrochromic that hides the lenses while the camera application is not open.
