We continue to see how most of the Android devices released this year will sooner or later be updated to the new version of the operating system. This time it's up to the models of the Samsung Galaxy A range, which will be updated to Android 7.0 Nougat shortly without stating a specific date for each of them, but confirming the arrival of the new version.
The models that will be updated according to the list published by colleagues Sammobile are Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, A7, A8 and the Galaxy A9 and A9 Pro. In this sense we find all the models but always launched during this year 2016.
Obviously Samsung's flagship models will also receive the new update to Android 7.0 Nougat, in this case we are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S6 onwards. The new version of the operating system for these Galaxy A would begin to arrive soon and via an update via OTA, so we can be attentive in the settings of the device in case before entering 2017 it arrives. What is true is that these updates will arrive.
We are seeing several advances on the arrival of this new version of Google's operating system and this is something that many users will surely appreciate, but we continue with an adoption rate well below that in previous versions and this translates into fewer models that will receive the news of this version and that they have not been on the market for long either. Also in the case of these Galaxy A, we would like that 2015 models will also be upgraded to this Nougat, but it seems that for the moment it will not be possible, at least officially.
