The web version of Google Calendar is renewed with a new design

The Google calendar via the web, better known as Google Calendar has just received a major facelift, showing us a design very similar to that found in the application for mobile devices, inspired by Material Design, as well as adding new business-oriented features. The new design offers us the same color palette that Google is using most of its services and mobile applications, it is also completely adaptable to any screen size, ideal for when we use this service on a 4: 3 screen.

Google wants this calendar to become a more than common tool among users, which is why it has focused this new update by adding new functions that can become very important in the day-to-day life of many companies when scheduling management with customers and the operation of the company itself. Among the main novelties we find the meeting room, swing that we can reserve and invite all the people who have to be present. The G Suite administrator, the Office of the companies, will be in charge of adding all the information related to that event such as the attendees, the topics to be discussed ...

If we want to reserve a room, we just have to place the mouse over the room in question and wait for a pop-up card with the information to be shown about the availability along with the characteristics of the same to check if it meets our needs. When scheduling a meeting and inviting attendees, we can buy the calendars of all the attendees to see if the time it is scheduled is available to all attendees and thus be able to specify the time more appropriately. In addition, all attendees will have access to see who will be present at the meeting.
