Samsung Display is a separate company from Samsung Electronics and that in order to promote the company's AMOLED technology, it has been using renders of a phone that we have been following for weeks now.
The company could be using the Galaxy S8 itself in front of our eyes with three videos showing some of the virtues of AMOLED technology on the screens. A device that we are learning more and more about.
The first of the videos focuses on the top line advantages which offers a Samsung AMOLED product on LCD panels. This would be about the contrast of color, brightness and thickness in the manufacture of the devices that carry these panels.
The second of the videos is more about the vision deficiencies with the red-green colors, while the third is situated in how Samsung's AMOLED technology can lower the blue light for a better viewing experience at night.
In these three videos, Samsung Display use a phablet device With dimensions very similar to the renders that we have seen of the supposed Galaxy S8. Those dimensions match what is filtered, although with the peculiarity that curved screens do not appear in these renders. Which puts us in doubt as to whether Samsung would be able to launch a more standard Galaxy S8 with the flat screen.
Video advertising is also an indicator of almost non-existent bezels the possible Galaxy S8 that would go the same way as Xiaomi's Mi MIX; that phone without bezels that stunned half the planet, apparently more of an all-screen smartphone than anything else.
