Shenmue III trailer has been disappointing to peers

For two years we knew about Shenmue III, since the resumption of the saga was announced back at E3 2015 nothing more and nothing less. Meanwhile and until yesterday in the GamesCom 2017 everything we talked about this important Japanese video game saga has been speculation. But the trailer has arrived that aims to get us out of doubt, or at least put the honey on our lips.

That's what the guys from YS Net wanted, but nothing could be further from the truth. The Shenmue III trailer has been one of the most maligned in recent years. The lack of graphic quality and expressiveness of the members of the trailer has given much to talk about ... do you want to see it?

The development of the game began on Kickstarter, and almost 20 years later since the previous version, they have worked to bring us this version that leaves a lot to be desired. To be honest it presents some textures that we have been able to see even in the odd Dreamcast game, saving the logical differences at the polygon level. So everything indicates that Shenmue III could be nothing more than a use of the name to end up selling games without rhyme or reason, far from the work that Naughty Dog has done with Crash Bandicoot N´sane Trilogy that did not leave anyone indifferent.

The absence of expressiveness on the part of the characters, and the little detail ... are the main detelales that have caused the anger of the users, and that is that the clothes of the characters do not move one iota, as well as the mouth is limited to look like a puppet. Not even the eyes follow the adversary, they seem fixed, inappropriate for a video game that pretends to be a "AAA" in the middle of the year 2017. In short, Shenmue III is exactly what we didn't want to see… is this the final version or just a joke?
