The truth is that personally and that I remember it is the first time that something like this appears on an iPhone or device with an iOS operating system. We are clear that this is temporary because we have already seen the news in various media and we know that it is solved with a restart of the terminal, but I don't want to put myself in the shoes of the first users who have been affected by the video.

We are not going to comment on the veracity of all this since we are not going to test it, but it is evident that it can be a problem for those users who do not know how to restart the iPhone or iPad using the Home and Power buttons. If they pass you the video or whatever you play it on your device simply by pressing the Home and Power button at the same time for a few seconds it restarts and fixes the problem. In the case of iPhone 7 you have to press the the power button and the volume down button.
The bug is reproduced in all versions from iOS 10 to iOS 5, so be careful to think that it does not affect all devices no matter how old they are. We assume Apple is already working on it for the next software update.
