We show you the first trailer for Age of Empire IV

20 years ago the first version of Age of Empire hit the market, a game that over the years has become a classic, like other mythical games of those times like Starcarft to give an example. During these days, Gamescon 2017 is being held, the most important European consumer electronics fair aimed at video games that is held every year in Germany, specifically in the city of Cologne.

As usual in recent years, Microsoft has had a good part of attention in the event, an event that has used to present Age of Empire IV, a game developed by Relic Entertainment and that will only be available for Windows 10 and which can be accessed through the Windows Store.

But it will not be the only Age of Empire that will hit the market soon, but Microsoft takes advantage of the twentieth anniversary of the franchise to launch a new version in 4k called Definitive Edition, a version that will reach the public on October 19, but it will not be the only version that is renewed, since the guys from Redmond will also launch new Definitive Edition versions of Age of Empires II and II, versions that will include all the expansions that have hit the market since their launch.

If you want try out the different betas of these versions, you can join the Age of Empires Insider program IV through the following link, and thus be able to have exclusive access to the development of the Age of Empire franchise. In order to be part of this program, the only requirement that Microsoft imposes on us is that our Xbox Live account be over 18 years old, for obvious reasons.
