The company ensures that in the coming weeks we will have a new tool in the WhatsApp configuration and that it will be available to all users worldwide. Of course, all of them will need to have the latest version of the instant messaging service available. Likewise, this will reach both Android and iOS users.
How can you download all your data? You must go to "Settings" and go to the "Account" section. Then we will have a new option - not yet available while we are writing this article - in which you can request «Request account information». With this you will send a request to WhatsApp and with which you will receive a response in a maximum of three days.
After this time, you will receive a notice from the company telling you that you already have your file to download. In this case you should go to the same place as before Settings> Account> Request account information and there you will have the option to download the full report. You will download a ZIP file which will contain a file with an HTML extension and another JSON.
