The Xiaomi Mi A1 already enjoys Android 8.0 Oreo

Xiaomi Mi A1

The Asian firm Xiaomi has managed to lift the veil after a year that had been quite complicated for the company, after seeing how a large number of Asian firms took the lead, in their own country, where in recent years it had become a reference in the sector.

Throughout 2017, the company has launched very good terminals, among which the Xiaomi Mi A1 stands out, a terminal that arrived on the market with Android One, which left aside the happy layer of Xiaomi customization, which although in the last versions were not so "heavy" was still a drag. As Xiaomi promised, Before the end of the year, Android Oreo 8.0 is now available for all Xiaomi Mi A1 terminals.

Since last December 31 and as the Asian company promised, Xiaomi's mid-range flagship terminal has begun to receive the final version of Android Oreo, a version that began its beta phase at the beginning of December and that in a very short time has arrived in its final version, which could imply that in the next few days, problems of operation, compatibility will begin to appear ...

In order to install the final version, first of all our terminal must have the latest system update installed, as the company has published through its Twitter account. We are talking about version 7.12.19, update that corresponds to the month of December. As is customary in this type of global updates, it is likely that depending on the country where you reside, it is not yet available. If this is not the case, it should not take long to arrive, so you just have to first update to the latest available version, 7.12.19 and wait for the notification or manually check if it is already available.
