The disappearance of Sony's Z range caught many users by surprise, as it was the highest range of the Japanese company in the smartphone market. To try to make up for this disappearance, Sony launched the Xperia series, launching several phones that we could include in different ranges, but none came to replace the highest range of smartphones. One of the main reasons for abandoning this range was the low sales that this range had had in recent years, despite being excellent devices.

According to the test that DxOMark has carried out, the performance offered by the Xperia Performance camera is simply spectacular when it comes to taking pictures and recording videos partly thanks to the speed of response it offers us and the low light required to take good pictures, the Achilles point of most terminals on the market.
The Xperia X Performance stands out greatly in terms of camera quality if we compare it with the rivals of the same range where it stands and is able to match the score of today's best smartphone cameras such as the HTC 10 and the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The latest rumors that come to us from Sony affirm that the Japanese company could have the intention of returning to the high-end of mobile terminals in a few months by launching what would be the replacement for the Xperia Z5.
