You can now download web pages for offline use from Chrome

Google Chrome

As an Android user, you may have already received the new chrome update for Google's mobile operating system. Among the novelties that this new version presents, in my opinion, the most important or the most anticipated by some, is the one that allows us to view web pages without having to be connected to the internet. That is, now you can download the page you want to view to be able to read its content later.

If you usually visit forums related to the Android world, I am sure that practically many of them have already talked about this new functionality since the team responsible for the development of Chrome has been testing for months. Finally the final version of the famous browser has already been developed and entered its production phase so Now all users who want to can use this new functionality.

55.0.2883.84 is the exact version of Chrome that allows you to download any web page.

Do not think that this update will only allow you to download web pages to view them later offline, that is, without having to be connected to the internet, but you will also be able to download music, videos and images. If you are interested in this feature, the first thing to do is download, if you have not received the update yet, from Google Play the new version of Chrome. Once you have it installed, you access it and you will see a downward pointing arrow in browser menu, which you can access from the three points that appear in its upper right corner.

To, for example, download a web page, all you have to do is open it in the browser, click on the icon with the three dots to access the Chrome menu, click on the arrow icon and wait for it to finish download. Once the whole process is completed, you will only have to access the Downloads section that appears in this same menu to be able to see the page without having to be connected to the internet.
