In this case, we have been able to echo that there are times that Apple files its patents in countries that do not have databases accessible through the Internet. One of those is Jamaica and that is why the company with the bitten apple already has no more and no less than 343 patents in that country.
The laws of the United States regarding the filing of patents allow them to be carried out initially outside the same country, which allows large companies to keep their secrets safe. This is why we can think that Apple would select which patents it presents in some countries and which in others depending on how important what is to be saved is.
However, everything is not as easy as we are telling you and this procedure has such a high cost that only the most powerful companies are those that can make these pre-patents outside the country of origin, which also do it under fictitious companies.
