Now Sonos and IKEA are betting on a renewal of the Symfonisk lamp that will slightly improve the sound quality and add the Mix and Match system. Let's take a look at this novelty that IKEA has presented in its collaboration with Sonos and that we will analyze soon.
Now you can choose between some varieties of design of the "shell" that covers the bulb, which will be offered in different shades of both glass and a textile material.
- Wider sound that fills the room: a completely new acoustic architecture, using a custom waveguide, creates a great sound experience no matter where it is placed.
- Mix and Match- Customers can now choose from a variety of lamp bases and shades, as well as a wider range of bulbs thanks to the added E26 / E27 socket.
- Easy setup: As with all SYMFONISK products, the new lamp is part of the Sonos system and easily connects listeners to more than 100 streaming services.

The new Symfonisk speaker lamp will be available in Ikea stores in the United States, its website and in select markets in Europe from October 12; the rest of the markets will arrive in 2022.
