Google modifies, again, the image search by now adding a description

In recent months, we have seen how Google has dedicated itself to reaching out to one of the functions that users use the most: image search. When looking for the image of a product, accessory, accessory, spare part or any other object, the image search is the best way to find what we are looking for.

In mid-February, Google removed the button that allowed us to see the image to be able to download without having to access the website, due to a problem with Getty Images, an image bank that accused Google of promoting piracy by allowing full resolution images to be downloaded from Google Images, even if it included the watermarks. But it was not the only change that this section has adopted.

If we search for images in this section, we can see how Google has added a small description taken from the web where it is located below each image that shows us in the results, a description that for many users may not make sense, when we know what we are looking for and that all it does is reduce the number of results that are displayed in the browser of a glance.

After removing the option to download the images from the browser, we were forced to resort to extensions that added the See image button again, button that after the change made again by Google, has stopped working, so we will be forced to wait and see if the developer bothers to update it to be able to re-download the images directly from the search engine or we will return to the stone age, being forced to visit the web page to save the image that we are interested.

We can also use the Bing search engine, a search engine that if it offers us the option to save the images directly from the search engine and that at the moment, has not yet added a description in the images. Hopefully this is the last change Google makes in the image section of its search engine.
